I spent over 25 years as an EA in Financial Services, supporting M&A teams through deal completions, client communications, pitches, roadshows, and regulatory compliance. I understand the pace, the discretion, and the standards that environment demands.

In 2018, I founded RSL Virtual Assistants to bring that level of support to established business owners who need more than a generalist VA. My team are all ex-corporate, UK-based PAs, trained to the same standards.

We handle the operational detail across diary and inbox management, document preparation, pitch decks, board packs, meeting coordination, travel logistics, CRM management, and event planning.
