I’m Jacquie Robinson, founder of Focusify Ltd, providing specialist virtual assistant and ADHD support worker services for professionals, business owners and employees who experience overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, task paralysis or difficulty managing work demands.
My work is practical, structured and workplace-focused. I support clients with prioritising tasks, managing diaries, breaking down projects, keeping on top of actions, organising inboxes, preparing for meetings, following up on commitments and creating simple systems that reduce mental load.
Focusify is particularly suited to neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD, who may need more than traditional administrative support. I provide a calm, non-judgemental buddy system that helps clients move forward when work feels stuck, chaotic or too much to manage alone.
I also provide Access to Work support, helping clients use their funded hours effectively to manage workload, communication, planning and accountability. My role is to enable clients to work more confidently and sustainably, not to replace their responsibilities or provide clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic support.
With a background in executive assistance, workplace support and neurodiversity-informed practice, I combine practical admin support with a strong understanding of how overwhelm, executive function difficulties and burnout can affect day-to-day working life.
Focusify Ltd offers practical workplace support for overwhelm, anxiety and burnout.
