From diary and inbox management to HR administration, recruitment coordination, systems management and process improvement, I become the extra pair of hands businesses didn’t realise they needed.
Before launching Banana Bee, I spent 15 years in recruitment and business operations, alongside running my own successful home services business, managing a team supporting over 100 clients. That experience means I understand the realities of growing a business, managing people, juggling priorities and keeping operations running smoothly.
Today, Banana Bee supports a range of clients, including recruitment agencies, property businesses, charities and SMEs. My approach is proactive, practical and down to earth. I’m not just here to tick tasks off a list, I genuinely care about helping businesses create better structure, reduce overwhelm and free up time for the work that really matters.
