Catherine Gladwyn became a Virtual Assistant in late 2015. In 2018, she published her Amazon bestseller “How To Be A Virtual Assistant” which was also voted Best Book for VAs, by VAs on numerous occasions. Her training received 100% value for money rating in our UK VA Survey v10 and she was the top trainer in the UK VA Survey 2025. Catherine offers a variety of self-led online courses for aspiring and new VAs, many of which are CPD accredited. Catherine is also qualified as a further education lecturer (Cert. Ed. 2001).
