Your name and age? My name is Emma Freeman and I am (gulp) 41.  I am a Virtual Legal Secretary with 25 years’ legal and medico-legal experience.

How long it has been running? Two years

What is your niche and how did you get into it? I was a “normal” legal secretary for 25 years and then got sick of the commute!

Is it a growth area? Where do you see the industry going in the next 5-10 years? I worry that improvements in voice to text transcription software will erode the need for legal typists, which is why I have expanded into academic and medical proofreading, copy-editing, and website design and content.
