SVA Newsletter: October 2011
Hi there,
It’s been a little while – but I’ve been busy over the summer. Indeed, if you haven’t already heard, Team Wylie is expanding, and I’m due to join the ranks of VA mummies in February, and I can exclusively reveal here – it’s a boy!
I’m planning on taking February/March/April off and there’s a not-to-be-repeated-one-off opportunity for you to take advantage of my maternity leave. I need to pay my mortgage, so I’m offering one-on-one training for 15 people before January. More details here>>>>
A belated thank you has to go to The Naughty Table (you know who you are!) who sent me the most wonderful surprise back in June – their accolade of “The Most Ethical & Respected VA of the Year 2011”. It arrived along with a wonderful video, which not only made me laugh, but was so lovely it made me tear up – a rare feat!
Apologies to anyone who’s been experiencing slower than usual responses to queries on applications, emails, or forum log ins over the last couple of months. I’m almost back up to speed, as Gina Antoniou of PA Workstation+ is sorting out the SVA Approved list and Efie None of Genesis VA is processing new members for me – many thanks ladies for your fabulous volunteering!

Congratulations. February is definitely the best month to have a baby, I’ve done it twice! A girl in 2009 and a boy this year. Hard work but 100% worth it. Hope everything goes smoothly for you.
