Virtual Assistant Trainers
SVA pledged to improve standards among virtual assistant trainers in the UK after an unprecedented number of complaints about courses/trainers during 2017/2018.
We came together with a number of VA organisations and trainers to discuss how that could best be achieved in an open forum where everyone was invited to take part and put across their point of view. The overall aim was to make this a positive conversation designed to improve standards.
We created a White Paper for aspiring virtual assistant trainers and a framework which they should operate under, just as our Approved Virtual Assistants do.
All trainers should read and understand the white paper we developed to promote best practice in the UK VA industry
